How to register:

1. Visit our registrational website: nevezes.vuelta.hu.
2. You can pay the registration fee by CreditCard with SimplePay, by bank transfer, or by postal payment with cheque.
3. Our system will automatically send you a confirmation email - you can also check your register when you click the Entry List menu point. If you choose to pay by transfer or cheque, you can find every payment information you'll need in the email. After a successful payment by card, your registration will automatically become approved.
4. We'll send you your receipt after the succesful payment.

Your registration will be approved after you succesfully paid the registration fee. If you chose te pay by transfer or cheque, please be patient. We process the registrations manually, so it usually takes 2-3 workdays to accept them.

You can register online until 30th April 2026, or until we reach our headcount limit. The limit will be reached in the order of payments. After that, we won't be able to accept more registrations!

The registration fee can be paid:

• by CreditCard via SimplePay,
• by bank transfer to Vuelta Kft. MBH Bank 10300002-20114253-00003285 (MKB Bank , SWIFT: MKKBHUHB, IBAN: HU47 1030 0002 2011 4253 0000 3285),
• by cheque to our main address: 1103 Budapest, Hangár utca 10. CAUTION: WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH THE BANK'S PAY DESK TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT!

Deadline for payment: 7 days after the registration, or the closing day of online registration the latest. The registration will be accepted after payment, until then, it'll stay pending.

„When paying by bank transfer or postal cheque WRITE THE ENTRY OR CART NUMBER INTO THE COMMENT SECTION of the transaction. Without it the transaction cannot be identified.”

Registration for Participants Under 16

Important: Please make sure to provide your correct date of birth when registering. Only select the “Under 16” category if you are truly under 16 years of age. Age verification will take place when collecting race numbers, so participants under 16 are kindly asked to bring their ID card and have it ready at the pickup point.

Distribution of start packages:

You can get your start package ont he spot by telling you start number. The start number can be found in the confirmation e-mail of your payment.

Registrational fees: 

The entry fee contains:

• road marshals with motorbikes (the road is NOT closed from traffic)
• Start number with name/nickname and team name until 15 characters (in case of appropriate names without special characters)
   (if you register before 30 April 2025),
• Finisher medal - every category,
• T-Shirt (except ÖKO and Balaton S registrations),
• Starter kit (except ÖKO and Balaton S registrations),
• Wristband - every category,
• Feeding Zones (except Balaton XS),
• Finisher meal in the event center      
  (for Balaton XL, Balaton L and Balaton M),
• Free ferry ride from Szántód (for Balaton M with the bunch)
• Free ferry ride from Tihany according to schedule          
  (for Balaton L),
• Opportunity to participate in a lottery,
• 27% of Tax.
